Job Description Enabling the commercial organization to have optimal processes, tools, and platforms to track, analyze, and report on customer and sales force performance to enhance data-driven strategic decisions. An integral role in identifying and deploying solutions to efficiently and effectively optimize business operations through the introduction, improvement, or development of programs and systems that enhance customer insights at all levels. Striving for excellence in commercial performance by analyzing sales data, identifying performance gaps, and implementing strategies to improve sales force efficiency, customer engagement, and overall sales productivity. Consistently aiming to improve overall business performance by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the management and maintenance of the Veeva CRM customer database & SFE dashboards, ensuring data integrity. Plan and deliver system upgrades and improvements. Evaluate system use and recommend enhancements. Analyze data from Veeva and Power BI to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPIs and sales performance for various management levels. Review activity impact, analyze results, and recommend changes during performance reviews. Present analysis and improvements to the wider commercial group. Build cross-functional partnerships internally and externally to improve analysis. Support and train users on Veeva CRM and other tools to drive adoption. Maintain data integrity received from IQVIA and partners. Manage data providers and vendors to deliver insights. Align operations, systems, and processes with business strategy. Understand customer types and recommend strategies to enhance business opportunities. Implement and track the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) across business units. Stay informed on market trends and changes. Maintain relationships with Global IT and regional teams. Other Tasks: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics. Represent the company at events and congresses. Work outside normal hours as needed. Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager. Skills & Competencies: Preferably a university degree. Experience with CRM systems, especially Veeva. Strong analytical skills and experience with big data to inform decisions. Proficiency in Power BI. Understanding of pharmaceutical field force management and B2B. Proven success in working towards KPIs and targets. Experience in process and system optimization. Ability to build strong relationships across functions. Project delivery skills within budget and timelines. Knowledge of data protection laws, GDPR, and relevant legislation. Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, collaborative, and diplomatic. Self-motivated, proactive, and organized. Results-driven with quick decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Experience in training and coaching.
