Exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated Project Manager with a passion for live events to join an international media company on a 4 month FTC. The successful person will have proven experience in managing and coordinating large scale events. You will be skilled in handling budgets with strong project management abilities and experience working under time pressure.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing event execution across multiple regions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Serving as a key liaison between the Event Director, regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external production partners.
- Ensuring external production teams align with event goals, schedules, and requirements.
- Organising and maintaining event files, tracking correspondence, and managing registrations and attendee lists.
- Assisting with budget management, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
- Providing hands-on support during events, monitoring activities, and adjusting as needed.
You will be working alongside the UK Commercial Events Team Event Directors and Event Managers and be a key point of contact for information on this event.
