Drive packaging strategy, innovation, and execution to deliver high‑quality, sustainable, and cost‑effective solutions. Lead a team of engineers and collaborate across functions to align packaging with product, regulatory, and business goals.
Define and implement packaging development strategies in line with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of packaging engineers. Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture and adapt priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Project & Innovation
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to launch, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Champion sustainable and creative packaging solutions that enhance brand appeal.
- Apply deep knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, CAD design, and prototyping.
