Role Overview:
You will lead our principal gift fundraising activities within the Social Impact Group, playing a key role in our Major Appeal. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and secure support from ultra/high-net-worth individuals, providing expertise in principal gift fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of major gift fundraising activities
- Engaging with ultra/high-net-worth networks to secure significant support
- Collaborating with senior leadership and the Board to expand donor base
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in leading philanthropy activities with high-net-worth individuals
- Experience in securing major gifts (6/7+ figures) and managing donor databases
- Leadership experience working with professional fundraisers to achieve high performance
