We’re searching for a top-tier professional to join our team as the head of Continuous Improvement who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Rolling Stock Customer Service business. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Pioneering and implementing a cutting-edge continuous improvement strategy aligned with Rolling Stock Customer Service goals.

- Significant experience in continuous improvement within manufacturing or engineering.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
