Job Summary: The Product Owner for HR/CRM Systems will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of Workday and Salesforce systems. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of both platforms to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Reports to: Head of Enterprise Applications

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce, aligning with business goals.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  3. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
  4. Partner with departments to identify and implement process improvements leveraging these systems.
  5. Ensure systems compliance with regulations, audit requirements, and maintain high data security standards.
  6. Develop and deliver training for end-users and provide ongoing support for effective system use.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience managing Workday and Salesforce, including implementation and optimization.
  2. Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
  3. Proficiency in Workday and Salesforce modules and related technologies.
  4. Experience managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  5. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related; certifications in Workday and Salesforce are advantageous.
