About the role: Joining us as a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll support delivery teams by assessing resource requirements and managing day-to-day activities. You’ll ensure that all team objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints. You’ll drive service excellence, influence profitability, manage budgets, ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and maintain excellent customer relationships. About You: You should be able to work independently or as part of a team and have proven experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate, support, and mentor teams to deliver excellent service. Key responsibilities include: Supporting onboarding processes, including cost negotiations and inductions Providing subcontractor portal training and support Developing the subcontractor portal Managing subcontractor compliance Setting up and maintaining supply chain partner data on systems Supporting operations to reduce WIP Scheduling and facilitating performance reviews Leading toolbox talks and information updates Meeting with subcontractors and operational teams to resolve issues Acting as point of contact for escalations Building relationships with key suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services Exhibiting good interpersonal and IT skills You must hold a valid UK driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided. Flexibility to travel around the area is required.
