Role Overview
BCT Resourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support relief efforts, supplier coordination, and key account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, reporting, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily operations within the company. Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Project Coordination
- Assist with day-to-day operations for new and ongoing relief efforts
- Reconcile aid projects to completion in collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Record all project details in the company’s CRM system in a timely manner
- Use in-house systems to log & generate operational documentation
- Create project reports on specific flight missions
- Produce weekly status updates on relief projects
- Interact with key accounts & suppliers, ensuring smooth business operations
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries effectively
