Based on the West side of Leeds, this multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy works both nationally and internationally, across disciplines including civil, structural, health and safety, mechanical and electrical, waste management and sustainable energy. Established during the 1950s as a pure Structural Engineering practice, this consultancy has grown through acquisition as well as organically and has developed a reputation as one of the largest and most successful UK engineering consultancies with 19 offices in the UK and 10 offices across Europe and the Far East.
A fully proficient Revit Technician is required to work on several Mechanical and Electrical projects within the building services industry. Typical projects include but are not limited to government buildings, hospitals, retail outlets and educational premises to name a few. My Client is looking to strengthen their team further; they are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably experienced/qualified Revit Technician.
Candidates must have solid experience working in the building services engineering industry in a design environment and have a demonstrable understanding of building services installations.
Person Specification:
If you are currently working for a Building Services Consultancy in the UK as a Revit Technician or have recently finished a contract then this is the ideal role for you.
Day to day duties will include:
- Setting up templates, agreeing standards and methodologies as well as using Revit and AutoCAD to complete building services drawing work.
It is essential that you are a Building Services orientated Revit user when applying for this role as our client is not looking to recruit someone with Architectural or civil/structural engineering expertise. You will be qualified to HND level in an engineering discipline and must have significant experience of using Revit Structure software in the design office, in relation to building structures projects.
