The Company:
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Business Development Manager who is looking to work for a growing, progressive company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 yearsβ experience in the industry along with a proven track record for developing new business from scratch.
Requirements:
- They must have experience working in all areas of bespoke signage including:
- Architectural signage
- Wayfinding
- Digital print
- Vinyl and manifestation.
Duties & Skills will include the following:
- You would need to be office based at least 2 days a week
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Briefing Account Managers when handing over jobs
- Meeting with clients to gain a full understanding of their business and requirements
- Gain approvals of both costs and manufacture from the client
- Maintain good communications with in-house departments and external contractors throughout the life of the project
- Attend handover meetings with client and agree any additional works to be completed within the set timescales
- Self-starting with the ability to work on own initiative
- Good planning, organisational and time management skills
- Be able to use in house CRM system to plan and monitor pipeline
- Customer focussed β with the ability to create an easy rapport
- Ability to research and create prospect base and sales pipeline
- Ability to engage and negotiate at all levels
- Plan and implement organised steps to achieve agreed goals
