Story: The current Delivery lead is struggling to ensure the right governance and processes are in place with the delivery team (50 people). This role is to ensure the delivery to the the clients and make sure that the engagement with the client is smooth and effective. Remove the blockers and bottlenecks. You will be working in a Matrix environment (Offshore, nearshore, onshore).
- Main Duties
- 10+ years SAP Delivery “Management” or “Director” level experience
- Experience of Advising and Enhancing/Implementing key processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Delivery Function
- Extensive experience as Head of Delivery or Delivery Director or similar role (Internal Facing) in a Leading Consultancy partner.
- Experience of managing the Programme Delivery to Blue-chip / Enterprise customers.
- Working with Customers to ensure all milestones are being met and Client experience is of the highest standard.
- Implementing Governance and Processes internally to ensure effective programme delivery and prioritisation to Client base
- Creation of Resource allocation methods to ensure high quality delivery to clients.
- Excellent communication.
- Travel to site (UK or EU) – Determined by this Successful candidate (Expectation is 50%+)
- Big 4 or SAP experience – Highly Preferred
