Jameel Motors is the global mobility sector brand of Abdul Latif Jameel and the official distributor for Farizon Auto in the UK. Farizon is launching its innovative SuperVAN in the UK in 2025. These vehicles promise to transform the transportation sector with innovative, eco-friendly solutions tailored to meet the needs of the UK's van drivers and fleets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and passionate Key Account Manager to join our growing team to work on the expansion of the ground-breaking Farizon SuperVAN across the UK market.

You will be responsible for achieving specific sales goals both for a given customer portfolio and new leads while also delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

As we embark on a new journey with our partner, we require someone who has previous knowledge of the market and ability to navigate client relationships through a start-up period and period of growth.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer account plans to achieve predetermined operational targets in alignment with national targets
  • Engage with new accounts, build relationships with existing customers.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop successful commercial proposals and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Ensure sales processes are efficient and documented and customer complaints are managed effectively.
  • Update product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse sales achievements, assisting Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve sales targets.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong experience in a client facing environment specifically within Light Commercial Vehicle Sales.
  • Electric Vehicle sales to large fleets is preferred.
  • Efficiently managing one’s time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Strong character and collaborate interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Able to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and challenging situations.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong drive to achieve goals and put in necessary effort.
