Deputy Home Manager Job -Maidstone
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Deputy Home Manager to work within our clients residential care home.

Deputy Home Manager Vacancy Details:
- £40,000 per annum
- Excellent reputation
- Must be prepared to pick up shifts where required for the needs of the home
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in a Care Home for residents with Dementia
- Must have experience of Managing Staff
Deputy Home Manager main duties:
- Assist the day to day running of the service
- Lead a team of people to provide outstanding care
- Provide support, supervision, and mentoring
- Ability to support the service to remain compliant with all regulations surrounding Health and Social Care
- Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.
