Pay rates to £33.94 per hour. Contract role. Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Integrated Learning Disabilities team in Hackney. We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to our Hackney values. The ILDS comprises three distinct pathways:

  • Ongoing Support and Reviews 25+
  • Preparing for Adulthood 18-25
  • Recovery and Enhanced Support - managing admission avoidance
