We are currently seeking Construction Lawyers to support our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work on construction related contracts for HS2 development projects.
- Contract negotiation and management.
- Review purchase orders, subcontracts, car park licenses, and leases.
- Thoroughly review and advise on a variety of contracts, including FIDIC contracts, turbine supplier agreements, agreements related to offshore wind projects.
- Provide legal support in day to day business issues and contribute to other workstreams as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in construction and engineering law within a law firm or in-house environment.
- Familiarity with NEC3 contracts, turbine supplier agreements, offshore wind.
- Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
