Are you a passionate communications professional ready to elevate a beloved skincare brand? We are searching for a strategic and creative individual to lead the Love Advocacy strategy for La Roche Posay UKI!

This role will empower you to:

  • Shape the Narrative: Develop and execute innovative communications strategies across press, influencers, and healthcare professionals, driving organic B2C coverage and amplifying La Roche Posay’s medically-anchored messaging.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Manage external agencies, partner with internal medical and brand teams (locally and globally), and collaborate with the wider CDO team to deliver impactful, integrated 360 campaigns across engagement touchpoints.
  • Social Media Savvy: Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, content excellence, and audience engagement strategies to drive mentions. Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to inform brand strategy.
  • Trendsetting & Disruptive: Identify emerging trends, implement cutting-edge strategies, and create unique activations to engage audiences of all ages.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance, maximize ROI, and inform strategic decision-making for all love advocacy activities.
  • Reputation Management: Proactively address potential crises and manage brand reputation in collaboration with key stakeholders.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Senior Communications & Advocacy Manager is responsible for driving the La Roche Posay UKI Communications strategy to increase organic B2C coverage across press, influencers, and healthcare professionals. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and agility to drive engagement and mentions to hit our Share of Influence targets. Implement the brand’s seeding and relationships strategy to ensure driving mentions at scale, from nano and micro tiers to VIP, and lead an eventing strategy that drives Share of Engagement results. Be social and content obsessed, constantly aware of competitor brand activations, social media platforms, content trends, audiences, and industry news, to inspire and inform the wider brand team. Use internal reporting tools to track influencer metrics and overall brand performance daily, and present learnings to maximize ROI. Work seamlessly with the PR Agency, Paid Advocacy lead, Brand team, & Global team to achieve brand advocacy objectives. Collaborate with the wider CDO team within LDB on digital and medical-first social campaigns. Lead on reputation management by anticipating crises and identifying issues related to the brand alongside relevant teams.
