The Role: You will lead negotiations on IT services contracts, support commercial and contractual delivery, and guide stakeholders through complex deal processes. The role also includes providing strategic input on distressed accounts, pre-litigation disputes, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations on major IT services contracts
- Manage live agreements and contractual performance
- Contribute to contract resets, rebaselining, and issue resolution
