As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated individual who will be accountable for delivering a consistent and timely property services function, including routine repairs and maintenance, by leading a large multi-disciplinary in-house team and external contractors. Tai Tarian is the social landlord for over 9,000 properties across Neath Port Talbot. We seek motivated individuals who want to be part of a team committed to delivering excellence. This is an exciting time for change at Tai Tarian, with our vision to provide sustainable homes, develop sustainable communities, and promote environmental sustainability. This is a permanent role with a salary ranging from £67,511 to £72,418 per annum.
Criteria for the role:
- At least 3 years of experience leading an operational team in property maintenance and repairs.
- Proven success in leading a team effectively.
- Evidence of leading work streams that improve processes for colleagues, customers, or the organization.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a similar role.
