The role involves specializing in trading disputes (both litigation and arbitration) and providing advisory work on a wide range of international trading issues, including anti-bribery, corruption, anti-money laundering, compliance, and sanctions.
You will also represent clients and act for and against governments concerning contractual issues, investment disputes, and sovereign immunity. The work is highly international, offering opportunities for travel.
