Senior Director, Production_Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a Senior Director of Production to join our team remotely from Spain, the UK, or Ireland. Monopoly GO! is a key franchise that has become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

• Lead our production efforts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Translate strategic vision into operational plans and guide your team through game development cycles.
• Collaborate with the Product Director to translate long-term vision into actionable plans.
• Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans proactively to handle evolving project scopes and dependencies.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of production staff. Foster professional growth through training and mentoring.
• Ensure alignment between development partners and creative/product leadership, supporting successful goal achievement.
• Establish a culture of excellence, supporting the team to produce tangible outcomes that meet high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in mobile, PC, and console game releases that meet or exceed goals.
• Exceptional team leadership skills, inspiring high performance.
• Strategic thinker with strong management of both long-term and short-term objectives.
• Solid understanding of project management and software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented, passionate about quality and innovation in production.
• Experience working with internal and external, distributed development teams.
