Production Manager - London

Job Title: Production Manager Pippa Small is seeking a dynamic and motivated jewellery professional to join our Notting Hill team as a full-time Production Manager. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our global production teams in India, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Palestine, Colombia, and Bolivia. About Pippa Small: A boutique luxury and ethical jewellery brand based in Notting Hill, working closely with charities and communities to set new standards for ethical practices, sustainable jobs, and fair mining. Responsibilities: Coordinate with production suppliers to ensure quality and timely manufacturing. Manage the entire jewellery production process from design to delivery. Oversee quality control, with support from Wholesale & Production Assistant. Assist in developing, pricing, and preparing seasonal collections. Ensure timely production for stockist deliveries in collaboration with the Wholesale Manager. Oversee custom orders from quotation to delivery. Work with the Creative Director on stone approvals pre-production. Price all jewellery pieces. Process purchase orders, allocate stock, and upload products to the system. Assist with stock management and analyze market trends for new product opportunities. Manage the Wholesale & Production Assistant alongside the Wholesale Manager. Negotiate with suppliers regarding costings and systems as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing. Knowledge of working with coloured gemstones and diamonds. Experience managing remote factories. Skills: Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in jewellery with good product sensibility.
