An established high end residential main contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This business specialises in delivering super prime refurbishments and new builds across some of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods including Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead, Notting Hill and Belgravia. With project values typically ranging from £500k to £6m+, they deliver award-winning properties in collaboration with top-tier architects, interior designers and specialist consultants. The Role:
- Assist in the full lifecycle of cost management on multiple live projects
- Take responsibility for measurement, valuations, subcontractor management and reporting
- Work closely with Project Managers and the senior commercial team to ensure timely and accurate financial delivery
- Gain experience on high specification properties that regularly feature in architectural publications
About You:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the high-end or prime residential market (not essential)
