An established high end residential main contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This business specialises in delivering super prime refurbishments and new builds across some of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods including Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead, Notting Hill and Belgravia. With project values typically ranging from £500k to £6m+, they deliver award-winning properties in collaboration with top-tier architects, interior designers and specialist consultants. The Role:
- Assist in the full lifecycle of cost management on multiple live projects
- Take responsibility for measurement, valuations, subcontractor management and reporting

About You:
