Key Responsibilities Learn how to set up and program Motorola two-way radios for real-world use Use test equipment like tracking generators to fine-tune system performance Assist with configuring duplexers, antennas, and radio repeaters Help deploy analogue and digital radio systems on-site and in the workshop Run performance tests and quality checks to ensure systems meet spec Support clients with technical queries, both remotely and face-to-face Work with RM Server software for fleetwide radio programming Requirements A technical interest or background – whether through study, hobby, or work Basic understanding of electronics or how devices communicate A good eye for detail and the patience to follow technical steps accurately A willingness to train, ask questions, and build long-term expertise Clear communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude What’s in It for You?
