Our client is looking for an outstanding individual to support 2 MDs.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Extensive diary and in box management, frequently handling schedule conflicts and forward planning to anticipate ever-changing agendas!
• Extensive meeting organisation, coordinating conference calls as well as client hospitality
• Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, expenses
• Committee/Board support
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing/amending various reports and presentations
• After 6 months, role will go 4 days in office, 1 WFH day

The skills you need to bring:

• Solid CV! Must have worked at MD level upwards within Investment firm e.g. asset/fund management company
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-achieving environment
• Very strong relationship building skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
• Exemplary organisational and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking is essential!
• Resilient team player with a good sense of humour
