β€’ High level of personal productivity

Personal Qualities and attributes:

β€’ Highly collaborative with effective team-working skills
β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β€’ Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
β€’ Excellent β€˜can do’ attitude, including a willingness to contribute to tasks that benefit the wider team
β€’ Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally

β€’ Competitive base salary and annual performance-based salary reviews
β€’ 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
β€’ A comprehensive benefits package including a highly favourable pension scheme and private medical insurance.
β€’ Culture of training, development, and support, with bi-yearly offering of a variety of facilitator-lead courses through the Bio-Techne Learning and Development Initiative and regular Lunch & Learn talks from industry and academic leaders in the field, plus opportunities to attend relevant conferences.
