About The Role
Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a new team member, someone who believes in the power of curation, cohesion and collaboration. Someone who is driven by the quality of their output, has smart ideas, taste, and the ability to attract attention when needed. They are used to making, publishing, and connecting Influencers to a brand's wants and needs. They know how to move fast, sometimes without structure, and be familiar with amplifying the right Influencer moments when needed.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is obsessional about social and likely watches TikTok's in bed, rather than TV.
- Instinctively ‘just knows’ the Influencer to recommend for a project.
- Can negotiate a badass Influencer deal.
- Can manage dynamic, multiple stakeholders on a project, being super client first.
- Can manage third party suppliers and our trusted partners, like CreatorIQ.
- Is super organised & efficient to effectively manage contracts and usage rights.
- Finds the fun in reading about the latest industry Influencer news & trends.
- Has a grasp on how AI will impact the Influencer industry and a view on how to harness that.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted Influencer partner.
- Collaborate with clients to transform Influencer briefs into defined strategic plans, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Deliver project scopes, cost estimates, and timelines while maintaining financial oversight, budget management, and driving account growth.
- Lead, guide, and mentor team members in executing influencer campaigns.
- Oversee macro campaigns from outreach and negotiation to contracting and reporting, maintaining strong relationships with influencers and agency partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations in all influencer and agency relationships.
- Oversee the Influencer Manager’s work to ensure alignment with budget, strategy, and scope.
Our Values Shape Everything We Do:
- Be Ambitious to succeed.
- Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work.
- Be always learning and listening to understand.
- Be Results-focused to exceed expectations.
- Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations.
