We are seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years PQE specializing in public procurement and State aid/subsidy control law to join our Competition, EU and Trade (\”CEUT\”) group, based in any UK office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, and the Procurement Act 2023.
- Develop knowledge of UK subsidy control and EU State aid.
- Work in procurement law, UK subsidy control, EU State aid, and trade law.
- Apply a risk-based approach in advising on complex legal areas.
- Engage in business development and demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the wider CEUT group and contribute to firm growth.
