We are seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years PQE specializing in public procurement and State aid/subsidy control law to join our Competition, EU and Trade (\”CEUT\”) group, based in any UK office.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, and the Procurement Act 2023.
Develop knowledge of UK subsidy control and EU State aid.
Work in procurement law, UK subsidy control, EU State aid, and trade law.
Apply a risk-based approach in advising on complex legal areas.
Engage in business development and demonstrate commercial awareness.
Collaborate closely with the wider CEUT group and contribute to firm growth.
