(80ff4) Enthusiastic and friendly Support Worker/ Buddy required to support a young man with autism at Bath Spa University.

The young man will be starting university in September and would appreciate some support to help him live away from home. He’s very active and enjoys spending time accessing the community, cafes, walks, and discussing current affairs. He also loves history.

Main duties:

• Accessing the community
• Meal preparation (as he will be living in self-catered student halls)
• No personal care required

The ideal candidate:

• Encouraging
• Positive/respectful
• Good sense of humour

Support worker/ Buddy experience desirable but not essential.

The role may suit a student.

Bath Spa University term time only.

Please note, if you do not hold a DBS, one will be carried out for you.
