Role: Property Services Technician

The Role:

Working inside and outside in all weather, responsible for cleaning and clearing vacant and tenanted properties and gardens to the highest standard.

What to Expect:

• Clearance of general rubbish, needle removal, and hazardous waste (excluding asbestos)
• Final/sparkle cleaning, deep cleaning, environmental cleans (hazardous waste)
• Garden work including tidying, strimming, grass cutting, removal of green waste, rubble, and garden structures
• Completion of risk assessments and job reports, including photographs on a PDA
• Driving company vehicles to and from sites and tips
• Training and use of PPE as required

• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Professional and clear communication skills, both oral and written
