Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior UX Researcher to lead impactful research projects that inform business metrics and product strategy. You will utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to deliver insights that shape design and product decisions, advocating for users and collaborating with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with data, customer insights, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX research activities, from large-scale generative studies to rapid, tactical research.
  • Select appropriate research methodologies to address high-priority questions.
  • Synthesize data from various sources to define and understand core problems.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with product timelines.
  • Create clear, actionable insights and communicate them compellingly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, VoC, and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the development of research practices, tools, and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BSc in psychology, HCI, design, communication, statistics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional research experience.
  • Extensive experience with qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, focus groups, etc.).
  • Experience with quantitative methods and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency with research tools like UserTesting, dscout, etc.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible, confident, and influential attitude.
