We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager who will be instrumental in measuring, analysing, and optimising all of our growth funnels. We want someone who is analytically precise, naturally curious, and gets their hands dirty - constantly seeking to optimise and improve our products through data-driven insights.

  • Own end-to-end funnel analytics across Healthera's mobile apps, web platform, and hundreds of partner websites we power.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and optimise user journeys.
  • Lead SEO analytics strategy - track organic performance, identify content gaps, and measure the impact of SEO initiatives on user acquisition.
  • Partner with our senior data analytics engineer to orchestrate data pipelines and create compelling, presentable insights for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key growth metrics and funnel performance.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.

SEO & Growth:

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO analytics, including tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with attribution modelling and multi-touch attribution analysis.

University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field. ~5+ years of proven expertise in data analytics, preferably in a growth or digital marketing context. ~ Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary - £58,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience).
  • Equity package - helping you reap the long-term rewards as the business grows exponentially.
  • Flexible working arrangement - approximately 3 days per week in either of our offices (London or Cambridge).
  • Professional development budget for courses, conferences, and certifications.
  • Health and wellbeing benefits including private healthcare.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Opportunity for rapid career growth in a fast-scaling company transforming healthcare.
