The Impact You'll Make
As Group Business Development Director, you'll take a lead on identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities that involve more than one SEG service. While each business area drives its own organic growth, we work across the group and under the SEG brand on integrated propositions for large school groups, cross-sales and referrals schemes, marketing amplification, strategic government bids and key account relationships. You will lead with influence internally and externally. Bringing together teams across our Staffing, Services, Qualifications, and Learning divisions, you'll shape innovative strategic solutions for clients. You will elevate our Group brand and help us achieve our mission of transforming more lives through education. We are flexible on location. Your work will be a true mix of home, office, client sites, external events, and meeting government, school groups and partner organisations.

What You Can Offer
- Significant business development and strategic sales leadership experience within the education or education services sector.
- Proven success in complex, multi-brand organisations.
- Experience in account-based sales and consultative, solution-based selling.
- Strong track record in major bids, partnerships, or co-sell initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalents preferred.
- High-level engagement experience with central and local government and senior education stakeholders.

- Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our support centre in London or attending client meetings, events or similar activities.
