At haart Leicester, we are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative. This role involves canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales and property. You will naturally deliver outstanding customer service alongside your sales efforts.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business opportunities, increase market share, and represent our Estate Agency in Leicester. We support your career growth within the property industry.

Training Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Generate valuation leads through proactive outreach
  • Utilize ROSIE software for lead management
  • Engage in canvassing, prospecting, and social media activities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and build customer relationships

Minimum Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
