Job Description:

Healthshare is a successful provider of clinical and diagnostic services to the private and NHS sectors across various locations throughout the country. We are seeking to recruit a medical typist/transcriptionist to join our team at Healthshare Clinic Norwich. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical staff.

Duties include typing up reports, clinic letters and information for patients, transcribing notes from Doctors and Consultants and working closely with Service Managers and other administrative colleagues to ensure that patients and colleagues get the information they need in a timely manner. Contribute to the patient experience of treatment in their department by ensuring they receive relevant information about appointments and treatments and that their notes are accurate and up-to-date, act as administrative support for the team and department.
