Overview: Support and contribute to the profitability of Lambert Smith Hampton Property & Asset Management by providing legal assistance related to Risk and Compliance management. The company manages commercial properties including shopping centres, offices, public buildings, and residential properties through HLM Property Management, one of the largest block management companies in the country.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Professional Services Division by conducting research, investigating claims, and preparing reports on liability.
2. Draft letters and defenses concerning claims under the supervision of the Specialist Caseworker.
3. Research and draft legal advice under the guidance of the Specialist Caseworker.
4. Undertake training related to Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and County Court Claims.
