Blockchain Architect

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Architect with a strong technical background and hands-on experience designing decentralized applications using Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). The tasks will be to:

1. Design and architect decentralized applications using DLT/blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, R3 Corda, DAML, or Hyperledger Fabric.
2. Lead technical solution workshops and collaborate closely with clients to define architecture and design requirements.
3. Guide development teams in transforming designs into secure, high-quality engineering solutions.
4. Plan and manage the execution of complex engineering projects.
5. Continuously improve and elevate engineering standards across teams.
6. Produce clear and comprehensive technical architecture documentation.

The skills and experience needed for this role include:

• Proven expertise in distributed ledger technologies (Blockchain).
• Strong understanding of distributed and scalable systems architecture.
• Experience with Java-based APIs and microservices development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Sound knowledge of security best practices in system design.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and engineering practices.

It would be a plus to have familiarity with financial industry organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and domain experience in Payments, Capital Markets, or Asset Management.
