The Role The role of Manufacturing Improvement Lead will involve improving the process of producing high quality goods efficiently using the most cost-effective methods, supporting all manufacturing processes on day-to-day activities, as well as providing key project support for long term plant improvements. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to: implementing OEE analysis and managing improvement projects that deliver sustainable improvements in OEE leading MRB reviews in all areas of the business collecting and analysing data to improve process capability and output assisting in the commissioning of new equipment collaborating with the Technical team on control of new product introduction ensuring all development items follow the correct process in line with the Quality Manual
