As a Senior Manager in the CMT Strategy & Consulting team, you’ll lead diverse, high-performing teams to shape and deliver strategies that unlock growth, improve performance, and enable transformation at scale. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, drive your team’s development, and bring creativity and structure to every engagement. You’ll also contribute to our go-to-market strategy and help evolve our internal practice – building your leadership experience and impact along the way.

In our team you will:
- Solve ambiguous problems by structuring solutions that are underpinned by process design, data-driven insight, and cost-benefit analysis
- Lead complex transformation programs by orchestrating cross-functional teams and integrating multiple workstreams to deliver client value

In this role you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, helping shape compelling value propositions for both business and technology-driven transformations
- Lead the orchestration of large-scale programmes and complex projects, drawing on the breadth of Accenture’s global services to deliver business value and lasting impact
- Own the end-to-end solutioning process: from opportunity qualification and commercial negotiation to the delivery of transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with global platforms, large enterprises, and SMBs, bringing a deep understanding of needs, challenges, and aspirations to deliver tailored, relevant solutions
- Operate with autonomy and accountability, making bold, value-centric decisions and owning defined scope and outcomes in a self-directed manner

We’re looking for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to solve problems in ambiguous environments. You’ll bring deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of leveraging process analysis, data-driven insight, and value casing to drive transformation. This may come from consulting, an internal transformation role, or an internal strategy team.
You should emphasise expertise in any of the following areas:
- Transformation & Delivery Leadership
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex transformation programs across the Communications, Media, Software, or High-Tech sectors
- Strong ability to structure and solve ambiguous business challenges through process optimization, data insights, and/or end-to-end orchestration
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple programmes of work and teams, ensuring alignment and driving successful outcomes
- Data-driven Problem Solving
- Expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and solve business problems
- Comfortable working with data models, business case development, and process redesign to achieve results
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and deliver these in compelling narratives for clients
- Client Engagement & Influence
- Skilled in working closely with senior stakeholders (CXO equivalent), understanding challenges, and co-creating tailored solutions
- Exceptional commercial acumen with experience developing client proposals, business cases, and driving the commercial viability of solutions
- Ability to influence key client decisions, shape transformation roadmaps, and ensure alignment between client objectives and delivery execution
