Protocol are working with an FE College in Romford who is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production and Performing Arts Lecturer to join their team at the Rush Green Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to their students, ensuring they achieve their full potential., * Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Production Arts, focusing on technical skills, production management, and backstage operations.

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them improve.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and contribute to curriculum development.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and BTEC Quality Assurance processes.

  • Organize and oversee practical projects, performances, and productions, ensuring students gain hands-on experience.

  • Support students in developing their portfolios and preparing for further education or careers in the arts.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Production Arts in Further Education (FE).

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Certificate of Education, or equivalent).

  • 2-5 years of industry experience in Production Arts.

  • Familiarity with BTEC and Quality Assurance processes.
