Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovator of automation who are looking for a Lead Repair Technician to join their team based in Teweksbury. You will be overseeing another 1-2 technicians, and providing exceptional customer experience through timely high quality product repairs.
Main Duties:
- Thorough fault finding and diagnostics of product failures to component level
- Managing a team of technicians
- Administration of repairs in terms of goods receipt, sales orders, etc
- Timely completion of high quality product repairs & documentation
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
Key Experience Required:
- Strong electronics knowledge
- Experienced managing a team

- Ability to fault find to component level
- IPC-A-610 certified desirable
