We are looking for a Water Cooler Field Technician to work in and around the Thornton Heath area. Due to our continued success and expansion, we are now looking to grow our Field Service team which offers prospects for advancement and progression into the High-Value team with structured training of our Products and increased technical ability.

Responsibilities:

To include site surveys, installations into the mains water supply, repairs, services, exchanges and collections on-site.

Ensuring all Water Coolers are working appropriately for the customers needs.

Accurate and timely management/ storage/ordering of stock and inventory, ensuring you have sufficient parts to successfully conclude the activities you have been scheduled

To be able to work to a tight daily schedule.

Managing, storing stock and inventory, making sure you have enough parts to finish the tasks you have been assigned to.

To go to our Service Centre in Redhill once a week to replenish the van with parts.

Previous plumbing or electrical experience preferred but full training given.

Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.

Demonstrate experience in diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.

Strong DIY skills – use of power tools etc
