Job Description:

Our award-winning Newark-based tech company is seeking a Romanian-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time position with the following benefits:

Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1st line technical support in Romanian and English
• Logging incidents and diagnosing faults
• Escalating queries to 2nd line support
• Monitoring group mailboxes and responding to inbound queries

Candidate requirements:

• Fluent Romanian and English skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Previous Technical Help Desk / Service Desk experience

Working hours: Between 06:00-22:00, 8.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, 5 days out of 7 (including one weekend day in a 3-week cycle)

Salary: £25,300 for 2 supported languages, £25,800 for 3 supported languages, with a £1,000 increase after a 6-month probation/training period.
