A purpose-led law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Court of Protection Caseworker on a Full Time, Permanent basis. If you have previous experience in a Court of Protection role, good financial knowledge, and a compassionate approach, then this may be the role for you!

The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and a salary of up to Β£26,500. You will enjoy a role with a lot of variety, predominantly responsible for managing the finances for those who are unable to manage these for themselves. Your role may include tasks such as:

  • Setting and maintaining budgets
  • Organising contractors
  • Organising therapists and care staff
  • Paying bills
  • Responding to emergencies
  • Preparing reports

The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of managing budgets, knowledge regarding property sales, and an understanding of investments. Experience of working in a Court of Protection role would be beneficial but isn’t essential. You will be an empathetic, caring individual who has excellent organisational skills.
