Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpentry Joinery Project Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing day-to-day tasks related to carpentry and joinery, including the installation of fire door sets, flooring, kitchens, front of house joinery, and many other items of joinery, ensuring high-quality projects to meet client specifications. Use of various types of software is required for snagging and sign-off procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong people skills to develop a tight working relationship with the client and other trades on the project
• Ability to coordinate with various trades and teams effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in carpentry and joinery
• Minimum 4 years previous project management experience required.
• NVQ6 or above or equivalent
• SMSTS, FIRST AID
