The post-holder will co-ordinate aspects of quality and safety in line with the maternity Clinical Governance strategy and the overarching Trust’s Clinical Governance framework. This will include supporting patient experience and staff experience.
The post holder will implement a consistent approach to the management of concerns raised by patients and their families, and patient feedback, to preserve quality whilst meeting the trust deadlines. The post holder will be a highly motivated and experienced midwife who will enhance a patient experience service that involves listening to women and pregnant people’s experience of care via the birth reflections service, feedback from Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership, the Picker survey and Friends and Family Test. The post holder will share this feedback across the organisation and use the feedback to co-develop services to deliver an improved patient experience., * Requires NMC registration on relevant part of register.

Professional knowledge acquired through Midwifery training to Degree Level or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
