Director of Investor Relations and Treasury Join to apply for the Director of Investor Relations and Treasury role at Saga plc . Job Introduction We are recruiting a Director of Investor Relations and Treasury for a 12-month FTC in London (Hybrid). This is a rare opportunity to join Saga plc\’s leadership team as an interim, owning both IR and Treasury functions, working closely with senior leadership including the Group CFO and CEO. The role involves managing investor communications, external relationships, and treasury operations to support the company\’s strategic growth and financial health. Role Responsibilities Lead creation of communication materials for results and investor events. Manage external perceptions through analyst and investor relations. Oversee Annual Report & Accounts, AGM, and external events. Maintain shareholder websites and produce competitor analysis. Manage Treasury policies, cash management, liquidity, and compliance. Own relationships with stakeholders including investors, ratings agencies, and lenders. The Ideal Candidate Qualified accountant with FP&A background, preferably with experience in travel or financial services, but open to other industries. Operational skills include strong communication, relationship-building, financial acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
