About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced HR team. This role is perfect for someone with HR administrative experience or someone looking to propel their HR career, supporting HR operations and delivering exceptional service to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with right-to-work checks.
  • Coordinate and communicate people changes with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support for annual HR exercises, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Assist with HR projects and offer ad hoc support as needed.
  • Manage the HR inbox, providing prompt responses to queries.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a solutions-focused approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in HR administration and database management is highly desirable.
