As a technician, you will be the friendly face that meets and serves our customers. Our state-of-the-art training and innovation academy will support your development and help you excel. We are seeking mobile technicians to join our team, performing repairs and replacements in the Grimsby area. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Responsibilities- Repair damaged glass on various vehicles, including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with regional team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve our service and provide feedback to the business.
- Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills.
- Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and pride in your work.
- Willingness to build a career and support team members.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
