We are looking for a Replenishment Assistant to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.

How you make the difference:

  • You will collaborate with your manager for optimization of replenishment processes, managing the re-order of raw materials needed to meet production plans, optimizing stocks.

How your agenda looks like:

  • You will manage daily contacts with suppliers for the delivery of goods;
  • You will manage the level of raw material and material stocks in accordance with agreed parameters/production plans;
  • You will plan and manage shipments to foreign countries, all transfers to and from external warehouses/suppliers;
  • You will be responsible for the periodic reporting (e.g. raw materials stocks, pallet stocks);
  • You will collaborate in the analysis of the feasibility of sourcing for new products;
  • You will work with the QC team to manage blockages and unblockings of goods.

Your team:

You will become part of the Industrial Team in Aprilia Plant, reporting to the Replenishment Specialist. You will collaborate with all the Industrial Team (Quality Control, HSE, Production, etc.) and the Planning Team.
