Job Title: Lead Mechanic B1

Location: 2Excel Engineering, Lasham, Hampshire, United Kingdom

Position Type: Full-time

Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Mechanic B1 to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, control and supervision in accordance with Company policies and procedures laid down by the Company and the appropriate regulatory Authority.
• Supervise and control their allocated zone or area to ensure that:

• The aircraft in maintenance is progressing satisfactorily to meet the re-delivery schedule and;
• Quality standards are maintained for all maintenance, repairs, replacement, overhaul and modifications.

Ensure that their allocated zone or area, including equipment and spares, are serviceable, clean and tidy, reporting any discrepancies to their Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a B1 aircraft mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of relevant aviation regulations, including CAA Part-66 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
